Pulled Into A Stranger

Met a stranger in a field

Looked similar to things

Ways in which we are similar

Decided to run together

Laughing along the way

Love bubbles in the sky

Friend

Without words we talked about the sun

How birth happens there

New languages floated up from the ground

From a flower

Bees zipped in their loving ways

To give

Holding us both as they can

Witness the stranger

I had before

Felt them in my sleep

In my dreams they became multiple faces

Felt like you

Looked like someone else

What is the message

The stranger didn’t know

Similar to how I didn’t know

Met them before now

Could just tell

We stopped running as we arrived to a cliff

Without words

Shall we jump in the body language

Shall we fall together

An energy without denial

I’ve met you before

A bird came flying down to whisper

It is you who meets you

A stranger to yourself

Every cycle of the month

In a cycle of relationships

In a cycle of seasons

Cycles

Offering the symmetry to come back

One line home

Another watching the balance

The rest playing sounds to make the moves soften

Rise up as a unit toward the ends

Progress in the moments

“Breaks my heart sleeping all alone”

“Thought I was moving on”

“Being pulled but my memories were playing all day long”

Letting go again and again as it sets in the lasting arms of a goodbye

For now

“Breaks my hearts seeing you in love but I guess that’s what I wanted”

We lose ourselves a million times in a cycle

Beauty in the reaching back to what’s needed now

“Being pulled”

“Thought I was safe inside my head”

Then a thunder on the ride through to newness

Similar themes in a stranger self

Odd embrace of harder truth

Safe to engage the truthful witnesses

One moment as a brick working an old fortress of solitude

They ask for the stranger inside

Busy with the soul searching expressions

Windows are open always

Breezes that remedy with a cure for pain

Acute love in a well of wishes

Coyote crescent sunders

To be another stranger as a stranger

Seeing it through in the ends

Formidable excursions for a simpler beginning

Yet another walk toward a flashing brighter light

Rest and retain

It will flood the way
