Seminal Pupil

Nails in the spokes

Winters edge seeps to bone

Release a grasping arm until born

Sleeping bags dangle outside

Railways speaking in the night

Left this city

Reimagined once again to fill a purpose

Two heart beats connected to mine

In the shivering surrender

Through thorns and brick

Old leaves still linger

Some days you forget why a change is needed

While you’re changing

From a place of truth

Trusting the flowing state

Wanting more then teaching to reframe more

Met her in the open spaces

Outside the words

Felt a generation of hopes living in the smoke

Waves crashing on my intent

Imagination glued to the collapse

An edge as a gift

To feel it all as one vibration

Why is it necessary

Where does the work take us

In these patterns of wonder

Remains to be present

The trust in a principle

One way or another

Thoughts sharp darts of acceptance

Seeing the mirrors they surround you with

Blocking energy or shining a brighter light

I want the mystic

A student of an experience

Give me a larger audience

To share what I have seen and felt

Where I went wrong

How I fought through the pillars of poison

To survive yet again through a faith born by creativity

An anchor in the deep seas

Sharks waiting to byte

A longer swim knowing it could end

When we know we are just beginning

When we feed the new sun with our fierce existence

It gets hot

Seconds stacking on seconds

Fighting the mind to give in to the quit

Grabbing the lion and her shields

Muster the courage for doing it all over

That’s faith

Belief in ways we cannot express

Even when every morning we try to share

And our mouth twitches

Smashing teeth together

I’ve never felt connected to the general rhythms

Societal ways of accepting how we should live

Never feels right to me

I turn in my application every day for the other side

And I speak to that space in sound

With words

How my feet move my body through a space

And I don’t wait

I believe

My candles burn because they are lit in another room

And they will remain

As the seasons overturn one another

Faces coming in and out

Love shared and dashed

Experiences leaving scars all over my body

Invisible to some

There’s a piece left to find

More to embody

As it will always be as I am

Here to be here little by little

Send the wild horses

A tree grows to face the storms

It also shares

And joins its hands to build the canopy

At the thin line before It breaks

How far can you take it

Your Thoughts
