Heal Here

Believe what you need to

However

You end up back here

Choose wrongly

Which is right

As if you need to grab that little thing

To get back here

Could take five years

To find that one thing

Yourself hiding in a tree

In another city

And you must go through them

To get to you

And color hearts and souls

As they color on yours

But it will come back to the time

When you’ve searched

Found in the distance

The tiny missing sliver of yourself

Resting under a quilt on a mountain

Tucked into an embrace

Warm from the shards of devastation

Yet you’ll come back

Here

Your time is an open string

Inside a box with very solid beginnings and ends

One more thing said

And hidden away to avoid it

You’ll wake up back in the place

Pulled from the forts of thin veils

You’ve created somewhere else

One day as you are not paying attention

Gusts will disappear you

Again the story turns its first page

After reading as much as you need to

Where you will not end up

Where is not here

And you’ll always be here

Inevitably
