And so the night went as it had the other night
Subtle breeze blowing away any worry that may have lingered
It was a new time
One with forgiveness slowly taking its rightful place
Somehow in the great wild less of a worry to embrace
After all it was the wild that showed a way
To collect what was needed as a necessity
Old things were just that
And so on it went as it always had
While the cars hummed along as life stirred
The great trains belted their steel in the distance
Soft art in an open
A great think had
The forgotten spoken words
Left on a rail
Left for a dead winter
Colder in an aging body
More relaxed with a wise mind
Less concerned about it all
One way or another
