Feint Motion Color Go

Feint

The word “Epic” is sadly overused, especially now in the music review world. But even worse is the word being dropped in random conversation regarding something that’s hardly worth repeating. But, in the case of Andy Isaac aka Feint, the word Epic is all I can think of after listening to his brand new song “Sky Dance”.

At 20 years old, Feint cast his shadow in Britain making his mark with songs that build up like a bonfire. These imaginary visuals pump ideas into your mind, a reflection of the past sneaks in on occasion, but mostly you have this new-found energy to grab colors and paint your new canvas of life. The new song is a NAME YOUR PRICE over on bandcamp.

Tea Leigh & Luke Reed “Rivers Of Love”

Our very own Tea Leigh has just released an early version of her new project with Luke Reed. While they haven’t decided on a name yet, the single has giant implications on the direction they’re planning to go. I’m hearing a brighter version of Beach House, and some lovely similarities to one of my favorite bands Dean & Britta. Comparisons aside, I think the music stands alone giving these two a great jump start to the project moving forward. Luke told me they have some other tunes almost ready. I guess we can all look forward to an album at some point. They’ll be starting a mini tour East to West in July, we’ll keep you posted on that. In the meantime, get out your favorite water shoes, and lets get ready to dream big. This is some lovely pop, the kind that make you wanna nestle in, and just chill, while it flows you down “Rivers Of Love.” Gosh that sounds cheesy, yes!
